Inspired by Ocimeae Lavender Farm in Webberville, MI. They plant lavender in big swoops around an oak tree, and the shapes and colors are just marvelous! I might paint another where you can see the oak tree too. This was been one of my favorite motifs to paint this year, in many sizes.
