April 6: New Buffalo, MI:
Exploring New Buffalo! A cute little town; the beach feels almost desolate in the off season after the storm wiped the beach clean. Many stores aren’t open until mid-week, and later in the day. And yet, there are a TON of condos near the lake front, an active small train station, and NO BOATS in the water yet! So weird!
I got myself my obligatory travel magnet.
The yellows of spring! Daffodils are popping up everywhere. Also trying a beach scene on a mint green, which fits the season and mood of the 1930’s inspired inn.
